I’m excited to announce that The Feeding of the 5000 won a competition and is about to be it’s own billboard, high over the city of Peoria, Illinois!
What a proclamation for the community to see a depiction of the power and miraculous provision of our God, who always cares for the needs of His people!
I had so much fun with this painting, inventing wacky fish, depicting pita bread flung through the air like a frisbee, depicting joy that would have been surely on every face.
It’s such a perfect reminder that God goes out of His way to provide for our needs, great and small. And sometimes, just sometimes, He will do it in a way that all the world knows it could only be Him.

Every good and perfect gift comes from Him.
There will be a lot of press coverage at the installation, which I hear will be in July, and the billboard stays up through October of 2026.
So if you plan to be in our area, look for this very LARGE proclamation of God’s word.
