Jesse Howard: The Emerging of a Black Diaspora

Jesse Howard’s work reflects the dramatic effect of a lack of funding in depressed areas throughout the country. It’s based on his own experience living and being raised in Chicago’s Inner City. Recent Exhibits: Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Evanston Art Center, Du Sable Art Museum, Purdue University and Art Expo Chicago 22. Collections: DePaul University Art Museum, Beloit College, Minnesota Museum of Art, Rutgers University. Collaborations: Lithographs printed by Steve Campbell, Blackrock Editions, Santa Fe, NM., Featured Artist for The Color of Art Documentary – Director David Weatherby.  Represented by Bert Green Gallery, Chicago.
